(Washington, DC) — Airlines are suing the Biden administration over a new rule requiring upfront disclosure of airline fees.
American Airlines, Delta Airlines, United Airlines and others filed a lawsuit against the Department of Transportation over rules requiring airlines and ticket agents to disclose service fees alongside the airfare.
The rules are part of the Biden administration’s push to eliminate junk fees.
