(Bismarck, ND) -- The North Dakota Senate is advancing a bill that will protect employers from COVID-19-related lawsuits. Under the measure, employees will be barred from suing their employers if they think they contracted COVID-19 on the job. Supporters say it protects smaller businesses, while opponents say it gives companies that intentionally ignored health guidance immunity.
