(Bismarck, ND) -- North Dakota Congressman Kelly Armstrong says he'll visit the southern border next week to gain firsthand knowledge of the surge in undocumented migrants. Armstrong says he'll learn from the border patrol what's needed to secure the border and cut down on illegal crossings. The U-S House is considering a one-billion-dollar fund to assist with the federal response to the border situation.
