(St. Paul, MN) -- Governor Tim Walz is expected to announce a timeline for ending all COVID-19 restrictions at a press conference today. The Governor is scheduled to speak around noon about the loosening of restrictions and provide guidance on what Minnesotans can expect moving forward into the summer. State officials are pointing to vaccination efforts as a reason behind the new COVID-19 protocols. The Governor will ask for more people to get vaccinated as doctors have warned recently that the pace of vaccinations has fallen over the past three-weeks.
