(Fargo, ND) -- State officials are reinforcing child supervision guidelines in the state.
There's no official limit on how long kids can be left alone, but there are guidelines. Anyone child under four-years-old should have a caregiver around at all times and anyone under eight needs someone nearby.
Starting at around nine-years-old is when children can be left alone.
