Where did the most home development happen during the Covid-19 pandemic? According to recent Census data, North Dakota saw the 4th-most development in the country.

Highlights include:

• North Dakota saw a 31% increase in building permit requests between 2019 and 2020
• More than 3,300 permits were issued in 2020, up from 2,500 in 2019
• The state has seen an increase of close to 300% in permits since 2015
