(Bismarck, ND) -- Governor Doug Burgum is unveiling his plan for how to spend a billion dollars in American Rescue Plan funding.
Burgum says the largest amount will go toward workforce development and infrastructure, followed by health care needs. A portion of the money is set to go toward unfunded projects passed by the Legislature.
The governor says his proposal is intended to give lawmakers a starting point when they meet in special session on November 8th.
