Trial Set for Wyndmere Man Accused of Child Endangerment

(Burleigh County, ND) -- A new trial is set for a Wyndmere man facing charges of child endangerment from an incident two-years ago.

Officials say in November of 2019, Tory Fowler was pulled over for allegedly speeding on U.S. highway 83 with four children in the car. The officer then searched the car after reportedly smelling marijuana and allegedly found marijuana, meth and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.

Fowler has reportedly missed three pretrial conferences since being arrested and his next court date is set for November 24th.
