(Pierce County, ND) -- A deadly crash is landing a prisoner transport van driver on probation.
A guilty plea was accepted by the court last week for 58-year-old Geraldine Miller on a misdemeanor charge of reckless endangerment in the August 4th crash death of 81-year-old Philemena Evenson.
If Miller doesn't violate the terms of her probation, the conviction will be expunged from her record.
