(Rugby, ND) -- The city of Rugby is receiving over six-point-five million dollars to improve its water systems.
The majority of the funds come from a USDA loan, while one-and-a-half million is from a grant. The project includes replacing the city's water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer lines.
Mayor Susan Steinke says the project should be completed in 2023.
