(Bismarck, ND) -- Governor Doug Burgum is supporting a legal challenge to the Biden administration's COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal contractors.
North Dakota Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem joined nine other states in a lawsuit filed Friday. The suit asks a federal judge to declare the mandate unlawful and to prevent the defendants from enforcing it.
Governor Burgum calls the mandate plan "misguided" and a "federal overreach."
