(St. Paul, MN) -- Minnesota is showing high levels of COVID-19 transmission.

The New York Times reported that of the 100 highest county case rates nationwide, 20 are from the Land of 10-thousand Lakes. According to NYT, the hottest spots in Minnesota are Wadena, Dodge, Mille Lacs and Kanabec counties.

The news comes as Minnesota's case rate per 100-thousand-people has more than doubled in recent weeks.
