(Killdeer, ND) -- A Good Samaritan has died after being struck and killed near Killdeer early Wednesday evening.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a 73-year-old woman attempted to cross Highway 22 north of town around 4:40 p.m. to help someone with a flat tire when she was struck. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation. The driver, 58-year-old Warren Jensen, has not yet been charged.
