NDSU to suspend federal contractor vaccine mandate

(Fargo, ND)-- North Dakota State University is one of many State Universities who will be suspending their vaccine mandate for employees after an injunction came down from a Federal District Court judge in Georgia. Assistant Attorney General, Eric Olson, sent out an email to University Presidents and other higher ups noting that the injunction is not set in stone and there still is possibility that it could be overturned on appeal. NSDU President, Dean Bresciani, sent out an email to staff shortly after noting that the universities mandate will be suspended effective immediately.
