McLean County, ND -- A Saint Paul man is facing a DUI charge following a crash in McLean County Friday afternoon. The State Patrol says the 30-year-old was driving in freezing-rain conditions on Highway 83 just south of Max when he lost control of his vehicle around 3 p.m., causing it to slam into a parked McLean County Sheriff's vehicle.
No injuries were reported.
