(Minneapolis, MN) -- Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison says he has tested positive for COVID-19.

Ellison announced late Wednesday afternoon that he tested positive while out of the country. He says he is currently isolating with mild cold-like symptoms, and will return to work remotely until he tests negative and can return to Minnesota.

The AG says he is fully vaccinated and boosted, and is using his experience to encourage other to do the same.
