(Bismarck, ND) -- North Dakota health officials are reporting a record spike in COVID-19 cases as of Wednesday's update.
Twenty-four-hundred new infections were reported Wednesday, bringing the total number of active cases to more than six-thousand. The previous high mark for daily reported cases was 2315, set back on November 13th, 2020.
Over the past two weeks, the positivity rate across the state has nearly tripled, sitting at 14-point-two percent as of Wednesday.
