One dead after rollover crash near Tappen

(Happen, ND) -- One man is dead after a rollover crash near Tappen.  

North Dakota Highway Patrol say 20-year-old Brett Harr lost control of his vehicle on I-94 early Sunday morning. The NDHP says he wasn't wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the truck.  

Harr was pronounced dead at the scene.
