Minnesota Department of Education seeks end to nutrition contract with second nonprofit

(St. Paul, MN) -- The Minnesota Department of Education wants to end a nutrition contract with a second nonprofit under FBI investigation.  

The department notified Partners In Quality Care this week of the termination which would keep the organization from participating in federal child nutrition programs. The department took a similar action last month against the St. Anthony nonprofit Feeding Our Future.  

Both organizations oversee federal reimbursements to groups that provide meals to children in need.
