(Burnsville, MN) -- Authorities say a Mankato man is dead after being hit by three vehicles after running from a wrong-way crash.
The crash happened early Saturday morning when 20-year-old Austin Grosam entered northbound I-35 at Crystal Lake Road while driving south. The Minnesota State Patrol says the car struck a vehicle head on, then rolled onto the right shoulder.
Grosam then ran southbound and was hit by a semi and two other vehicles. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
