(Bismarck, ND) -- A law student from Bismarck is tossing his hat in the ring for the District 8 House seat. Brandon Prichard is a Bismarck native and student at the University of Minnesota who works as a legal assistant for a law firm in Minneapolis. He joins fellow Republicans Mike Berg and Scott McCarthy in vying for the District 8 House seat.
