(St. Paul, MN) -- Three contractors of Feeding Our Future who are at the center of an FBI investigation have a history of legal problems.
At least two individuals who investigators say benefited from a fraud scheme involving nonprofit Feeding Our Future have felony convictions related to theft. One man was on probation involving a theft from a pharmacy at the time he allegedly received over 600-thousand in program funds. Another was nearly six figures in debt to the IRS.
The FBI has accused 17 people in the organization of fraud.
