Minnesota COVID-19 positivity rate falls below ten percent

(St. Paul, MN) -- Minnesota's COVID-19 positivity is being recorded as below ten-percent.  

The rate fell below ten-percent in the week ending February 9th for the first time since Christmas Day. The positivity rate peaked in January at nearly 24-percent.
