(St. Paul, MN) -- A third Minnesota provider of meals for needy children is being banned by the state for breaking nutrition program rules.

Youth Leadership Academy is one of three organizations caught up so far in an FBI investigation into Minnesota child nutrition program fraud. Regulators says the group has seriously mismanaged its finances. YLA was one of three top providers claiming to serve the most summer meals to children in the state.

Feeding Our Future and Partners in Nutrition are also under investigation.
