(Bismarck, ND) -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says they may be fewer boat ramps available in North Dakota for the upcoming season.

Officials say last year's historic drought has led to lower amounts of spring runoff. Game and Fish Fisheries Department Chief Greg Power says boating access at many ramps may be "problematic."

Power says spring precipitation could change the situation.
