(Grafton, ND) -- Three men are under arrest in connection with a savage beating last weekend outside a bar in Grafton.
Grafton police say 23-year-old Jason Garza, 26-year-old Jacob Garza, and 27-year-old Christobal Garza were arrested at a basketball tournament in Devils Lake over the weekend for an assault on Kurtis Graver.
The 20-year-old Graver says the three men dragged him out of his car and senselessly beat him. The suspects are in custody at Lake Region Correctional Center in Devils Lake, and the investigation is ongoing.
