Klobuchar pushing shipping reform act to address supply backlogs

(Rochester, MN)  --  U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar is pushing to get a that addresses supply chain issues and shipping backlogs signed into law.

The bipartisan Ocean Shipping Reform Act passed the House Tuesday. Klobuchar introduced the legislation and headed the effort to guide it through Congress.

It passed the Senate in late March and is headed to President Biden's desk where he is expected to sign it.
