(St. Paul, MN) -- Minnesota livestock farmers and specialty crop producers are now able to get some financial relief after last year's drought.

Applications are open for up to 75-hundred dollars per farm to offset expenses connected with the drought. The funding comes from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture's 2021 Agricultural Drought Relief Program.

The Minnesota Legislature allocated over eight-million dollars for the relief program.
