(Traverse County, MN) -- A west-central Minnesota prosecutor wants the state Court of Appeals to reverse a Ramsey County judge's ruling eliminating many state abortion restrictions.
Traverse County Attorney Matthew Franzese filed a motion to intervene in the case. The move comes a week after state Attorney General Keith Ellison announced he wouldn't appeal the Ramsey County court's decision in the case.
The judge ruled many abortion restrictions unconstitutional.
