(Jamestown, ND) -- Two people are hurt after a multi-vehicle crash in Jamestown.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol tells WDAY Radio the crash happened around 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon on the Highway 52 bypass. Troopers say two vehicles were rear-ended by an SUV driven by a man who failed to stop at a construction zone traffic signal. The SUV continued into a ditch before striking a culvert.

39-year-old Aaron Madsen was arrested for DUI and reckless endangerment. A passenger in Madsen's car, 30-year-old Felipe Pinto, and the driver of one of the cars rear-ended, 50-year-old Tonia Marshal, suffered minor injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
