North Dakota motorists paying near national average per gallon of gas

(Bismarck, ND) -- On Average, North Dakota motorists are paying just under the national average for a gallon of gas.  

As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded fell slightly to just under $3.70, 12 cents lower than a week ago. The national average price for a gallon of regular is about $3.79, about 14 cents lower than a week ago.  

The cheapest gas continues to be found in Arkansas, which posted an average figure of $3.29. At the other extreme, Hawaii motorists were paying a whopping $5.30 per gallon.
