(Bismarck, ND) -- One of the current most popular country duos that just happen to be from North Dakota are making a subtle change to their band name going forward.
Tigirlily's Kendra and Krista Slaubaugh took to social media Thursday to announce they are tweaking their band name to 'Tigirlily Gold'.
"We are adding onto our name because there are so many different brands/artists with a similar name, so we wanted to make sure as we grow, people are able to find our music without any confusion," said the group on their Instagram page.
The Hazen, North Dakota natives burst on the country music scene after moving to Nashville in recent years with their single, "Somebody Does".
The change is expected to be seen on all of their official content in the coming days.
