(St. Paul, MN) -- A St. Paul nonprofit that lost its meal programs funding is no longer suing the state to rejoin the programs.

Partners in Nutrition filed a motion Wednesday to dismiss its lawsuit against the state. The Minnesota Department of Education terminated the nonprofit's access to meal programs funding in May after the FBI investigation into the massive Feeding Our Future fraud scheme was revealed.

No one at Partners in Nutrition has been criminally charged.
