(Bismarck, ND) -- Plenty of closures have been announced as winter weather continues to bear down on North Dakota.

The North Dakota Capitol building and other state facilities in Bismarck are closed Wednesday due to winter weather. State Government agencies operations however are continuing, with many team members working remotely as the storm continues.

All North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services offices are also closed due to inclement weather and road conditions. The Department has noted that anyone experiencing a behavioral health crisis and seeking help should call the 988 suicide and crisis lifeline or 211 for immediate help.

Locally in the FM area, all Cass County Government offices will not open until 10 a.m. Wednesday morning. This due to the winter weather moving through the area. Normal business operations will begin at that time. A possible extension of closures could be possible if things don't clear up.
