(Fargo, ND) -- Over a dozen North Dakota postal facilities are back open after being impacted by winter storms.
A U.S. Postal Service spokesperson says 17 facilities that were impacted have since reopened.
Facilities in Havana, Selfridge, and Zeeland were still closed as of Thursday morning thanks to the weather, which impacted the whole state.
