(Bismarck, ND) -- A new study shows North Dakotans are optimistic about their futures.

The online course platform Teachable surveyed 18 to 24-year-olds to determine how much they expect to earn in the future.

Young North Dakotans ranked fourth in the nation, with expected incomes at just over 82-thousand dollars.

The study also found that two-thirds of 18 to 24-year-olds across the country would be willing to settle for a job that isn't in their preferred career path if they could earn a higher salary.
