(Rothsay, MN) -- A man is in custody following a stabbing in a rural town south of Barnesville.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office says the stabbing occurred at 12:09 a.m this morning at the Rothsay truck stop. Authorities say an unidentified 42-year-old woman was stabbed by John Fogleman, a 52-year-old male. The unidentified woman was taken to a nearby hospital, with authorities saying the injuries sustained during the incident were non-life threatening.
The Sheriff's Office says Fogleman was arrested and charged with second-degree assault and domestic assault. Authorities involved say there is no perceived risk to the public at this time.
