North Dakota records lowest real estate increases in the nation

(Bismarck, ND) -- Home prices in North Dakota are not increasing as quickly as they are in other parts of the nation.

A report from Boulder Home Source shows the state saw lowest rise in real estate costs over the last five years, up around 22 percent.

The average home price in North Dakota is now about two-hundred-38-thousand dollars.

Idaho had the biggest increase for residential properties since 2018, up nearly 92 percent.
