Weather update: No travel advisories issued across North Dakota

(Fargo, ND) -- Counties across eastern and central North Dakota are under no travel advisories as heavy winds hit the state.

The advisories were issued by the North Dakota Department of Transportation. As of this publication, I-29 between Fargo and the Canadian border is closed going both directions. I-94 between Fargo and Bismarck is now closed, reopening the section between Mandan and Dickinson . US 2 between Grand Forks and Devils Lake is also open following their initial closure in both east and westbound lanes.There are also several additional road closures in the southeastern portion of the state, with a majority of them being east/west. Authorities are reporting several crashes, spin-outs, and areas with low-quality road conditions.
