(Pierre, SD) -- Governor Noem is signing a bill that requires men to help pay pregnancy-related costs incurred during pregnancy.
The law holds both parents liable for pregnancy-related costs, like prenatal appointments or complications.
It also allows the mother to seek reimbursement of pregnancy-related expenses through small claims court.
