State Appeals Court Justice Jeffrey Bryan will become the first Latino to serve on the federal bench in the state.
He was one of four federal court nominees announced today.
U. S. Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar says she will be focused on getting Bryan confirmed by the Senate.
