(St. Paul, MN) — The Minnesota Public Utilities Commission is welcoming a new member to its panel.
Hwikwon Ham was appointed yesterday by Governor Tim Walz.
He is a staff supervisor with the PUC’S regional energy program.
The PUC oversees electric and natural gas utilities in Minnesota.
