(Grand Forks, ND) — Grand Forks will keep its needle exchange program in place but needles will be limited to ten per request.
The Exchange Program is designed to reduce infection for those who inject substances but also reduce the spread of Hepatitis C and HIV. Previously, the maximum number of needles that could be given out at one was 50.
