(Bismarck, ND) — There is a great need in every state for foster parents and North Dakota is no different.
There are over 12-hundred children in the state’s foster care system and officials say the impact of a foster parent — – even though it’s temporary — is felt lifelong.
If fostering isn’t possible there are babysitting services to help parents who are fostering.
