WEST FARGO, N.D. – West Fargo’s City Commission has voted to stop the 52nd Avenue West and 9th Street West roundabout construction project and return all grant funds.
“It’s a very difficult situation that doesn’t have a great fit for anybody,” Commissioner Amy Zundel said. “I think the one solution that everybody does take under consideration — it’s something everybody in the crowd can do — is just stop at the four-way stop.”
The Commission voted 4-1 to stop the project, with Commissioner Brad Olson casting the lone dissenting vote.
