OTTER TAIL COUNTY, Minn. – A 35-year-old Baltimore woman was arrested on Sunday, July 5 for attempted murder near Battle Lake, Minnesota.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office said Jasmine Laws tried to drown her 15-year-old daughter in West Battle Lake.
She was arrested on second degree attempted murder, domestic assault and domestic assault by strangulation charges.
The girl was taken to a Fergus Falls hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
