Dan Kish, senior vice president for policy at the American Energy Alliance, as he talks about the ongoing energy shortages that continue to plague New York and California and how they are affecting areas outside of that region.

PSC Commissioner Brian Kroshus talks to Scott and Todd about the upcoming meeting in Emmons County, along with energy reliability. North Dakota ranks third best in the nation in energy reliability. North Dakota also has some of the lowest utility rates in the country.
