Sergeant Wade Kadrmas, Safety and Education Officer with the North Dakota Highway Patrol, joins live in Bismarck studio and Sergeant Chris Messer, teaches traffic law at the North Dakota Law Enforcement Training Academy to new peace officers. He's based in Dickinson and joins on the phone. Topics include, construction zones, pulling trailers (boats, campers, construction), tarping loads, and how patience, courtesy, and respect play a large roll in driving on or roadways.
