This week America’s Land Auctioneer, Kevin Pifer, welcomes back guest, Abbey Wick. Abbey is an NDSU Associate Professor as an Extension Soil Health Specialist in the Department of Soil Science. Abbey shares a bit about her new role she will be starting with Syngenta, and the many initiatives she’ll be responsible for helping to implement. 

Kevin and Abbey discuss the importance of soil health and productivity. Abbey shares how to determine the best practices to implement with the different types of soil out there. Abbey also discusses the work she’s doing to help farmers produce more sustainable crops despite the economic and climate changes.
