South Dakota Summer Tourism Season Ends Well

(Rapid City, SD) -- Tourism officials say the summer season has ended well for South Dakota.

The Labor Day crowd in Rapid City's Sheridan Lake was more crowded than the typical high of Independence Day weekend. Good weather boosted visits to the Black Hills.

Marinas in the area are continuing to rent boats and paddle boards through September 19th.
